Choc Peanut Butter Protein Porridge

1/3 cup rolled oats (use GF if required)
1/2 cup milk of choice (such as Niulife Organic Coconut Milk Powder)
1/2 cup water
2 tsp. chia seeds
2 tsp. granulated stevia or Niulife Organic Coconut Sugar (more or less to taste)
2 tbsp. raw cacao powder
1 tbsp. protein powder of choice
To taste - chai powder, turmeric powder, maca powder

Optional toppings: As much peanut butter as you desire melted with Niulife Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil for easy drizzling, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, raspberries or fruit of choice, Niulife Organic Coconut Flakes, & Niulife Organic Coconut Syrup.


1. Place oats, chia seeds, sugar, cacao, milk and water into a thick based saucepan.

2. Bring to boil while stirring and cook until oats are thick and creamy.

3. Stir in protein powder, chai powder, turmeric powder, and maca powder until combined.

4. Serve into a bowl and add your favourite toppings.
