3 cups of Niulife Organic Coconut Flakes
¾ cups of Pepita (pumpkin) seeds
½ cup of Sunflower seeds
1/3 cup of Chia Seeds
¼ cup of Niulife Organic Coconut Syrup (warmed)
Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celcius. Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl, pour into warmed syrup, mix well. Spread into a baking dish 30cm x 20cm lined with baking paper. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 7-10 minutes, until golden brown, checking regularly as it can easily burn. Cool completely then break into clusters. Store in an airtight container. They have a long shelf life but so delicious they will never last long enough to worry!
