200g Singapore Style Noodles or rice noodles
1 tbsp Niulife Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 can corn spears, rinsed
1 small broccoli head, chopped
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 tbsp Niulife Fysh Sauce
2 tbsp Niulife Teriyaki Cocomino
1. In a large pan heat the Niulife Extra Virgin Coconut Oil on medium heat. Add the sliced carrots and cook for a few minutes before adding the corn spears and broccoli.
2. Add 1 tablespoon Niulife Fysh Sauce and stir to coat the veggies. Keep cooking the veggies for 8-10 mins until they soften.
3. Add the noodles to the pan give it a stir to loosen. Stir the noodles through the veggies. Add 2 tablespoons Niulife Teriyaki Cocomino. Give it another stir to coat evenly.
4. Finish off with a squeeze of fresh lime juice, another quick stir and remove from heat. Serve warm and enjoy!
