1 cup almond meal
2 scoops of your fave protein powder
1/3 cup cocao nibs
2 tbs chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs hot water
2 tbs cold water
- In a small bowl mix the milk powder with the hot water until the powder dissolves and you’re left with a thick creamy coconut milk.
- In a separate bowl, combine desiccated coconut, almond meal, protein powder, cacao nibs and chia seeds.
- Add the coconut milk, coconut syrup and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Roll into balls and dust with cacao powder.
