Kingfish Sashimi with Coconut Tamari Dressing

Do you need a quick and mouth-watering marinade for your Kingfish Sashimi?  Look no further, this flavour bomb as entree will tick all the boxes. Deelicious!  


Ingredients


Marinade

1 tbsp  Niulife Naked Extra Thick Coconut Amino Sauce

1 tbsp tamari 

1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Juice of 1 lime

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp minced ginger

1-2 green chillies, finely chopped


King fish

1 fillet Hiramasa king fish (140 grams)


Garnish

2 shallots, pan fried

1 tbsp furikake (optional)

Handful micro greens


Method

1.Firstly, prepare the marinade. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix and set aside.

2.Using a sharp knife, slice king fish into thin slices.

3.Arrange king fish on a plate and pour marinade on top.

4.Garnish with pan fried shallots, furikake and/or micro greens.

Serves 4 (as an entree).
