Mango + Coconut Smoothie

When it's just too hot to eat but you need something nutritious and filling, the combination of mango + coconut is a taste sensation. Together with the good fats from our Organic Coconut Milk Powder (97% coconut milk) it will sustain you for hours.  I discovered this one hot summer in Sydney and it's become a summer staple!

Ingredients:

250ml Coconut Water (from a young coconut or if you can't find, good quality bought coconut water)

1 mango, skin & stone removed, chopped (or 1 cup of frozen mango)

4-8 Tsp Niulife Organic Coconut Milk Powder

Soft flesh from a young coconut (omit if you can't find)

Cubes of ice

Method:

Add all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth, pour into an icy cold glass, sit back and enjoy tropical heaven.
