by @HEALTHYLUXE

If you're yearning for a festive treat that tantalizes your taste buds without compromising on your health goals, our Vegan Chocolate Chilli Truffles are the perfect solution. Infused with a hint of spice and featuring the goodness of Niulife Vegan Coconut Ghee, these truffles will add a zing to your holiday celebrations.

Ingredients:

150 grams dark chocolate

3 tbsp Niulife Vegan Coconut Ghee

1/2 cup coconut cream

1 tbsp Niulife Coconut Syrup (optional)

1 tsp vanilla essence

1/2 tsp cayenne

1/4 tsp chilli flakes

Cacao powder, to dust

Method:

Melt, Mix, and Marvel: Using a double boiler, gently melt dark chocolate, Niulife Vegan Coconut Ghee, coconut cream, and Niulife Coconut Syrup. Stir until the chocolate has completely melted, creating a velvety base for your truffles.

Spice to Perfection: Remove the mixture from heat and add vanilla, cayenne, and chilli flakes (adjust spice to taste). Let it cool for 10-15 minutes at room temperature, allowing the flavours to mingle.

Shape and Chill: Transfer the truffle mixture to the fridge for 1-2 hours, ensuring it's easy to shape but not overly firm. Line a plate with baking paper, spoon small portions onto it, and return to the fridge for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Roll, Chill, and Dust: Roll the truffle portions into balls with your hands, return them to the baking sheet, and chill for another 20-30 minutes. Dust each truffle with cacao powder for that final touch of festive elegance.

Serve and Savour: Keep your Vegan Chocolate Chilli Truffles in the fridge for a cool, delightful treat. Enjoy the burst of flavours guilt-free!
