Vegan Chocolate Mousse Pots

What more can I say? Simple, quick, luscious, nutritious, chocolatey pots of deliciousness!


Ingredients //

3/4 cup coconut milk (1 tsp Niulife Organic Coconut Milk Powder with 3/4 cup hot water*)

1/4 cup cacao powder

1/2 ripe avocado

1/4 cup Niulife Coconut Syrup

1 tsp vanilla extra

Pinch sea salt (optional)

*For best results, we recommend refrigerating the milk for an hour or so.

Method //

1.   Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.  

2.   Blend until creamy.

3.   Spoon into mini jars and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

4.   Top with chocolate and fresh raspberries (optional).

Serves 2.
